TUCS seminar on "Thinking and computing: machines and humans"

This spring, TUCS is hosting a seminar on "Thinking and computing: machines and humans", organized jointly by Department of Mathematics and Statistics and Department of Philosophy, Contemporary History and Political Science of University of Turku.

The seminar sessions are on Tuesdays at 10–12 and are held in room 150 (Publicum, 1st floor).

Preceding studies: some course in First Order Logic
Level of the course: advanced studies
Credit points: 5 ECTS
Modes of study: participation in seminar sessions and written exam
Exam is arranged at the end of the course in the following way: a student is given problems/questions to solve/answer at home (alone or in a group), within a given time (appr. a week).
