Objectives:
After completing the lectures of the course the students understands the basic premises of work design, process design and design of collective work, and the ways to find ways to implement the necessary changes and find the discrepancies and anomalies of work practices and designs to alter successfully ICT-supported human activities in and between organizations.

Content:
The course looks into applying information technology in the context of human activity - in work and in business along five themes: individual's work, collective work, services as reciprocal collective work, knowledge, skill, responsibility, and change. Central frameworks of the course are process design, activity theory, work practices development and Viable Systems Model for systemic change and change management in the context of ICT and human activity systems.
