Analog IC Design (2017 Autumn)

Organisation: UTU / Dept. of Future Technologies

Credit Points: 5

Responsible Person: Ari Paasio

Course code: ETT_3001

To learn operating principles of several advanced analog building blocks, to learn the practical use of CAD tools for IC-design, to learn simulation and design techniques of analog structures.

The course covers main analog building blocks used in normal IC designs. Such structures include e.g. amplifiers, filters (including sampled and continuous time) and voltage references. Also device noise in different IC basic components is covered.
